NOTHING!
Human meds are not made for dogs, you could kill your beloved pet!
Take her to the vet, it might be MORE than a cold! (kennel cough, etc).

Absolutely nothing. Most of the things we take for colds are toxic to dogs. Its also not likely that its a cough/cold. If a dog has a persistent cough its more likely something serious like kennel cough or even a heartworm infection. Get her to a vet asap

A cough in a dog usually means kennal cough. It is highly
contagious to other dogs and if untreated it can kill the dog.
I am not kidding. Dogs rarely get colds, they don't get the flu
like we do. Make sure you dog is eating and drinking enough,
and take you dog to the vet asap. But when you take your
dog to the vet, tell them in advance that it may be kennal cough,
cause they will put you in a separate room, so none of the
other dogs at the vet get exposed to it.
It's easy to treat, with medication, and your pet will be better
in days. It does not cost much either.
Hope your dog is well soon.

Pups do get sick but no human medicine is safe to give your pup. I suggest you call your vet for advice and try to get her in to see the vet as soon as you can. What you think is a cold can be a serious upper respiratory infection and should not be put off.
Pups at this age can dehydrate very quickly and then it becomes an emergency. Do yourself and your pup a favor and get him to the vets.

Do not give her any human medications, especially anything with a decongestant or tylenol or advil or alleve in it. All of these can be toxic and FATAL to dogs. Call your vet and see if there is anything you can do before your appointment. Do not self medicate your dog, the results can be disastrous. My vet just had to put a dog down yesterday because the owners gave meds without checking and basically shut down their dogs liver irreversibly. Don't do this to your puppy, please!!!

Keep her warm, she probably has kennel cough which you want to treat like the flue. Plenty of fluids and warm.

The best thing to do is give her some cough medicine. I know this sound crazy. but I had gave some to my dog at one point. what you should do is get some cough medicine and give her a teaspoon . You have to put in her mouth hold it shut , Rub her throat a bit so she can swallow it .
