You know, it's funny you say that because it was the creationist, Bible-believing scientists that brought us OUT of the Dark Ages. During the Dark Ages, superstition ruled the land and prevented advances in medicine and technology. When the Bible became available to more people, however, scientists began to see the truth and were able to make advances in the fields of so many areas. Now, evolutionists are trying so hard to take the Bible and God out of everything, that they are the ones trying to "send society back into the Dark Ages."

Creationists are trying to send us back to the dark ages? That's news to me. Most of the religious folks I know have computers and cell phones.

I find your question very amusing. You obviously have never really checked into creationism or the people who support it. Many people who believe it are intelligent, trained scientists. They applaud new discoveries and seek knowledge. They have no desire to return us to a time when knowledge was limited or held by only a few. It's pretty obvious that you base your opinions upon what someone else has said rather than investigating the thing you ridicule. Perhaps it's time to do some research on your own rather than taking someone elses word for the intentions of others.

Believing God created the world, which science cannot explain means bringing everything to the Dark Ages? You need to study about the Dark Ages, so that you have any credibility, saying anything like this. Do you even know what this means? Can you at least give an example...

in what way....remember, evolution is a theory not proof. how do you prove something like that. evolution doesnt explain, at least for me, why there are sooooo many species of animals and varieties of life.
For you scientific ppl out there...what is the 1st law of thermodynamics????
ok, well it states that matter does not expend any more energy than is necessary for its function.
the 2nd law states that EVERYTHING will naturally degrade from a state of order to disorder.
now that is CONTRARY to evolution. to evolve is certainly, NOT to degrade, AND is a waste of energy. just some contradictions that need to be explained by the so called illuminated. please, please, let us dumb Christians know.
and while ur at it how bout this one. if life must evolve in order to save the species from extinction as has been presented in Darwinism, why do the previous forms of life still exist. I guess the change wasnt that necessary after all now was it. it wouldnt change just to get better unless necessary, remember that 1st law of thermodynamics. and:
IF I AM A MOUSE, and i am RUNNING OUT OF FOOD, and i can NO LONGER PROTECT MYSELF as a mouse...I DO NOT HAVE A GAZILLION YRS to evolve. I have the winter. thats it. I will not sprout wings and become a bat in time to survive given the time it takes to evolve. THAT IS WHY ANIMALS GO EXTINCT EVERY DAY NOW. ever think about that...lololol why dont they jst EVOLVE??? thats because u can ADAPT but not evolve.
btw, when is that pinky toe of ours gonna fall off like they keep promising.
u put ur faith in a theory, just like we have a faith so dont be condescending.
and if there wsa a big bang, well - uh - where or where did that matter come from???? YOu ABSOLUTELY HAVE to be able to answer that if you want to LAUGH at the idea that God did it.
Not to have an answer is even more stupid that saying a fairy did it.

That's actually funny.
The dark ages were defined by the lack of spiritual knowledge by the people. Only organized religion had access to the Bible
.
To use it to try and provoke Christians is really quite entertaining.
Good Show Chap! 2 thumbs up!

Christians are not against science and technology. We only object to the teaching of atheistic philisophy in schools. Such is hardly a basis for the charge of wanting us to live like mideval europe.

Because that is where they exist?
Actually the "dark ages" came about because religious authority ruled over the known world. It took the Renaissance, an age of enlightenment, to reverse the trend. It is best that we don't ever return to a place where religious authority dictates thought otherwise we return to the darkness of ignorance.
