Funny you should ask. I did the same thing last week, and I really couldn't taste the difference, plus I guess I didn't keel over cause I'm writing to you.

You won't keel over, but they might not raise the way you want them too. Go ahead and bake them up and see what happens.

why do people ask this question???do you think that they put expiration dates on things for the hell of it???? look up the word expiration that will answer your question!
