I don't know what area you live in, but almost everywhere has an emergency vet service for weekends and nights. Find the nearest one and get him there IMMEDIATELY! Blood in the urine is usually something quite serious. It could be signs of a canine immune deficiency disease or something even worse. This animal should have been taken to the vet long before you noticed blood in the urine. A large, distended belly could be a sign of some type of mass, possibly a tumor. Blood in the urine can be a sign of organ failure. I hope you have not waited too long.

Death from an auto-immune deficiency is horrible. I have lost two cocker spaniels, a breed relatively prone to this disease. I ask you to listen to the vet and do what the vet recommends. Please do not allow the dog to suffer extensively in order to alleviate your guilt or make you feel good. I will NEVER be an advocate of euthanasia as a way to control behavioral problems. but I do firmly believe in relieving a dogs suffering and pain.

If you wormed your dog yourself you probably only wormed for hook worms and whip worms, not tape worms (aka rice worms).

Your dog could have a very serious disease like cancer or an auto-immune disease. Either way... he needs to be seen YESTERDAY. Find a way to get him to a vet today. Borrow a car, bum a ride with a friend, something - anything. Your dog is suffering and either needs to be diagnosed and treated or put down to end his suffering. This is not meant to be cruel, it's just a wake up call... a dog not eating whose backbone is visible and has bloody urine is suffering. Period. Be a responsible owner and get him treated or relieved of his suffering.

Not everything is caused by worms!!! You need to get your dog to the vets. He could be bleeding into his stomach for all you know.
At least call the vet!

That dog needs medical attention A.S.A.P Why did you let him get in that shape to begin with? What is stopping you from getting him to a vet?

Can you get someone else to take him to the vet? If not, just take the best care of him you can for 3 days, and then when you get to the vet take him in immediately. Make sure he gets water, at least.

oh, give him my blessing, pray and watch the movie called The Secret, im serious it will help anything in your life, it is a documentary about the Law of Attraction, which is how you Can attract ANYTHING in your life just by thinking it......more details in the movie, as long as you dont mind documentaries. It is sort of like What the Bleep do we Know, i would reccomend that too but it doesnt help with your dog or anything....but The Secret does, dont worry about it too much, and dont allow yourself to think that he will die, but you should get him to a vet but no hassle and dont be afraid dont be scared dont be sad, I know this may sound super religious and it might be all the stuff you dont want to hear....but pray and think positive.....I do, my dog had a heart attack and all the vets said 'its too late sorry ma'am' but i didnt let that get to me..........i stayed positive and he lived to be a healthy unusually old dog and then he just died of old age...and now he is in doggy heaven lol xoxo
