A girl I know Might have cancer
Is it ok to kiss her or do I have a chance of getting it?

You cannot catch cancer from anybody...it is not contagious at any stage. Be a good friend and treat her like always....give her hugs, she needs them now more than ever.

Please read a basic book on Cancer or go on the Internet...it'll make you both feel better if you know what she's dealing with.
And for goodness sakes just hug and kiss her....she needs it.

If you love her and want to kiss her then even she have HIV also worth it. That is true love. Otherwise, why you want to kiss that girl where you think she might have cancer ?

cancer is mutation of the cells so im pretty sure its not something ou can catch because every cell is differant.

Um, Well. THIS ISN'T the exact answer to your question, but it's WHAT I THINK. I'm guessing if you have sex with her you'll get it.. but you can ask your doctor..... or whatnot.
