This is bigger than you. Here is where family is needed. Start talking to your parents, other siblings, her friends and brain storm on idea's. After brain stroming, you need to form a plan, and follow through with the plan.
Usually, the follow through is the most difficult 'cas many can't stand to be "authoritative" and some buckle to the desire of being the "good guy". Remember, all have to have back-bone to stand behind the executution plan.

if she's not listening to you......do like in that show...pile the bottles that she drank in front of her house to prove to her what's happening and make her face reality. you could always write her a friendly letter saying you are worried and how much you would appreciate it if she went to an aa meeting and you are willing to go with her for some support.
