No. Cancer isn't some kind of contagious disease. It's a growth in the body that may be caused by a variety of many things....but one thing it does not come from is by kissing.

Don't be so surprised, what doesn't cause cancer now a days, I remember when eating broiled meat was said to cause cancer, how about looking at a person with aids, remember when it was said that being near someone you may contract it? so far the only real problem I see with kissing someone is Mono, Sex, and falling in Love

No you cannot get cancer by kissing someone who has cancer. Cancer is not contagious.

NO.Cancer can be gentic.But it's definitely not contagious.You don't have to worry about that.You can have sex and still not get cancer from that person.

im not sure but if you like her soo much then just kiss her if you are just dating and dont fell comfortable around her then just dont kiss her. u never know none of these people on yahooanswers are doctor....no affence everyone..
