First, i am Muslim
Second, Yeah, i compared my religion with modern science
Many verses in the Qur'an (which was sent 1428 years ago) proves scientific facts that was discovered in the 20th & 21st century

If u want to know more, i can give u some examples about that
Or u can try some Islamic sites, u will find

If u wanna search urself in this topic, there is a man called Dr. Zaghloul El-Nagar (he is a scientist in Geology & Earth's science), he discovered scientific miracles in Qur'an, he wrote many books & there r many internet sites mentioned him & wrote about the things he discovered in The Qur'an that proves many scientific facts in the modern science

actually, as anybody would, i think its important to know how science proves or disproves religious beliefs. To be exact, archeology has proven invaluable in unearthing cities and historical places mentioned in the bible. Finding evidence of the gospel writings dating back to approx AD60 is another. I am not really aware of ANY firmly held Christian belief that has been DISCOUNTED by science.

Hey, science has even now proven that mankind can be traced back to a single woman and man in the area of the middle east. Even moreso, the woman's DNA appears to predate the mans which could be explained by the story of the flood.
