I told the guy i like that i like him. when i did he just stood there and smiled and then got distracted and didnt tell me if he liked me back, so then, my friends kept bugging him before i told him asking him if he likes me or not since he was giving alot of signs that he does, like watching me and trying to make me jealous. I asked him why he does all of these things if he doesnt likeme, and he didnt answer. he told them different things, and he said he did that to get them off his back. he said he would tell me his feelings in person, and has yet to do that. he saw me flirting with a guy and he stormed off, then shortly after he purposely fell on the floor to see if i would notice. I dont understand..does he like me?

i just think that he is too shy to come up to you and tell you the same thing back...so just wait till he comes soon.. but i also would suggest u to make him jealous.................................

He does like you the way you are talking but it also seems to me that you are trying way to hard to get his attention by sending in reinforcements(your friends).
Stop take a moment and stop and wait to how things work out?
He wants to tell you but when all your friends stop asking him 'Do You Like Her Or What?'
Let him tell you cause it's called 'Puppy Love'.
But if you think he is taking to long let him know about it.
Just walk up to him and tell him how much you like him and would like to start something with him.
Then tell him you are not going to wait very long.
Give him a time line like a month or so than if no response or anything then find someone else.
But if you really like this guy than do what you must but don't get hurt in the process.

it sounds like he does hes just being a tease in a guy sort of way. try talking to him again and make sure he doesnt leave without an explination.
