What can i eat before.. or during to like not get drunk etc... besides drinking slow . .. .

If you eat things that are carb loaded like bread and rice you tend to not get drunk as quick. Also eating while you drink it takes longer and more drinks to get drunk. Nothing is gonna prevent you from getting drunk if you keep drinking. Best thing to do is order some appettizers and munch while drinking I'd stick to things that have carbs or more hearty meals like steaks and and stuff.

Eat something that absorbs alcohol: for example potatoes; make a pause and drink a lot of mineral water; go to the loo and provoke vomit, go to fresh air, make some physical exercises...

Limit yourself to one drink per hour. Then if you still feel like you are getting a buzz...just stop. Be Careful and don't drive even tho you think you are o.k.
