cool for the players and money makers
but what of the victims in it's wake. The funny part is the ones making all the cash will silence you wll payed off BS rather than expose that they are cashing in on violence in a violence plagued world. SUX
Martial Arts were created to end violence, not cash in on it
No not one religous statue adheres to violence and to say it does shows lack of insight

many have said it so far but it really does help to talk. make it someone you trust and feel close to and dont show your fear to the bullies, its what they want and thrive on. take deep breaths( in through nose out through mouth) and just walk on by and smile. stick with friends at school as well safety in numbers and all that. i was bullied when i was younger thats what made me start karate, not to learn to kick ***, but to become more confident and it really helped! if it comes to a fight, aim to end it as quick as possible, and if your alone and there are a group of people, dont be afraid to run, its not cowardice, its common sense. my instructor always says, karate cannot make you invincible. good luck and i hope things are sorted out soon! take care and stay safe.

I can't me bothered to sign-up just to read her blog however i have read her book and know her history, from what i've read i think she is the right person to be an ambassador. Everyone is bullied to different degrees and as you get over it and grow up its easy to rise above it but you'll NEVER forget how they hurt you so sometimes it is hard to contain the venom as you put it.

simple face him head on, ignore your fears and just deck him the nexts time he start, but my way may get you suspended, or law enforcment will get involved, (rare for first timers) but he will learn his lesson about getting into a fight. I did it and my bullie no longer even dared to pick a fight with me.
but fistingabliclon is wrong about the genitals that is a unhonorble blace to nail someone eyes okay. throaght you can kill him if you are not careful. I dont recomend it

Like myself, you are aware as to your strength and size. You/me are aware that we can inflict a lot of damage to others.
Doing sowould in turn bring the full force of law enforcement on to us. Therefore, we restrain ourselves from turning the tables on to our tormentors.
Even after more than 50 years of life, instances arise that can prove to be difficult to deal with. To confront them with "an eye for an eye" type response is not the answer.
Meet on Tuesday, by all means. Refuse to fight turn about and walk away, casually and do not turn round to seewhat his/her reaction is - that would be fatal. Thats what i've done in the past. Then turned up in their prescence a few days later, especially when they do not have an audience.

The only way to effectively beat a bully is to kill them with kindness

if u really want to beat a bully in a fight, id suggest u take a sock, fill it with loose change, and put that in your pocket. after the bully starts hitting u, then just knock him over the head with the change-filled sock....should knock him out.
obviously, confrontation should be your last choice, but if you're really getting hurt then you have to fight back at some point, and a nonlethal weapon definitely helps to boost your confidence.

have no fear, I've lived with fear all my life & my lesson learnt is fear nothing but fear itslef (fear can sometimes be healthy though, in some circumstances but I'm talking about irrational fear). in this case you have nothing to fear.
This bully is far more scared than you are, believe me...so act with courage but not as a bully as him. have compassion for him as he's the coward not you.
perhaps you're scared becuase you are scared of your own power & you don't want to misuse your power, so use your power wisely.
the moves I'd use is dodging & not provocation, but that's just me, I'm not the person to advise to fighting.
