Yes, I do believe in a long distance relationship. Some work out & some don't. The more miles between two people, the more difficult it can be to maintain a meaningful relationship, but if it's meant to be, it will be. I had a long distance relationship that didn't work out & had one that did. We're engaged to be married this year.

I have been in a long distance relationship for over 3 years and it has been the best 3 years of my life.
Trust me, the distance is tough....long distant relationships aren't for the weak or for people who aren't truly dedicated to one another. But if the relationship is between two people that genuinely care about each other and are committed, the relationship can definitely work.
You just need to keep in contact...Phone, letters, e-mails...send pictures. Any kind of surprise, to keep the relationship going until you can be with each other again. You just need to stay strong while your apart. If you think the person is worth it, you can make it work.

As the saying goes, "Absence makes the heart grows fonder". Well, I don't really believe in long distance relationship but it does help us to discover if it's true love. Imagine you have to leave your partner for studies abroad. First you need to ask yourself if you can stay without her. Secondly, it seems to be a good test for both of you. Time and distance do sometimes prove whether you both are meant for each other. No matter how far our partner is from us, if we belong to each other, then we are meant to be together. But long distance relationship has its disadvantages too. There's a possibility that he/she might cheat on you. That's the risk you have to take. Of course, if he/she's mature and loves you, then I don't think unfaithfulness will occur. As a woman, I've always want the man who loves me and whom I love to be by my side. We gotta be together to build a life. Distance doesn't help us in this area especially in building intimacy.

Well it depends, if you really love each other then you might have a chance , but it's going to be really hard .
I really don't like the idea of distance relationship, I really think that it just makes you suffer, cause you can only talk to him by phone or e-mail. But you can't see each other, and hug and things like that.
But if you really love him with all your heart and you know he loves you that way , then it might work.

I have to believe its gonna work...Im in one right now. We've been bf and gf for 2 years now even if we're literally a world apart! We only get to see each other every 6 months...although we phone each other almost every day and see each other on cam. It's gets pretty tough at times but if both of minds are focus on making it happen then it definitely would.Trust and confidence are very important also in this kind of relationship. If you truly love each other then you will overcome all challenges.Goodluck to all star crosssed lovers!

Yeah when it's not too long. if it's for a short amont of time yeah you can go for it. You have mant ways to get in touch but don't make it last long. Cause in a relation you need to see your patner.
