Everytime I go out to the bar with my friends from work, one of my friends always tells me to go talk to a guy at the bar. He is very insistant about me talking to guys, what I wanna know is why does he care so much about me hooking up with other guys.

He might think your too shy.
But I would tell him 'look I don't pick up strays in bars so stop pushing the issue'. He really has no right to say that to you. You need to be a bit assertive, are you too shy to tell him to stop pushing you? You don't find quality guys hanging out at bars anyways.

Why, people are like this. They love making people act different way. If you were talking to guys, he would have stopped you. If you had eaten sweets, he would have tried to stop you, and if you had been on diet, he would have tried to make you eat sweets.
