Nope! Its your wedding, she will apperciate that :) Good luck with your wedding. I hope it turns out the way you want it!
Remember that communication, God, and loving each other is what keeps a marriage together. It will be rough at times, and happy at times, but dont let the little things bother you and get you mad! Keep on pressing and have a happy marriage!
Be a good example to other people what marriage is all about :)

You diden't say if your best friend is a girl or guy, so I'll assume it's a girl.
#1 Girls don't give girls flowers normally unless she got dumped by her boyfreind or lost a loved one. Yes, girls have given girls flowers on other occasions , I'm just saying these are the most likely reasons.
#2 The bride usually gives no one a gift during her ceremony except her heart and ring to her husband. People may think it's strange and kind of a more a masculine than feminime thing to do.
Also you may want to consider how it'll make you best friend feel, having said some people may think it's strange. It might embarress her to have that kind of attention drawn to her. If she is at all shy I wouldn't do it so as not to make her feel awkward.
So I said what I think even though I know it won't get me best answer, I just think you need an HONEST opinion here. Everyone will tell you it's your day do what makes you happy. That's a given, I'm sure you already knew that.

not at all....I am getting married in august and will have a seat in the Church with my mothers picture on it (she passed away a few years ago) and I will be pulling a flower from my bouquet and laying it on the chair while walking down the aisle. my biggest problem is keeping from crying..lol

First of all congrats!! :)
Will you regret not doing it? I know I would regret not doing something like that...so go for it! Everyone there is just going to remember how sweet it was, so don't feel that it is tacky.

my only question is...if shes your best friend then why isnt she in your wedding? and just be sure pulling it out isnt going to ruin your flowers. you dont want to get half way down, pull it out and have the whole thing fall apart.

If it is something you wish to do then don't worry about what others will think. I think it sounds lovely and thoughtful. It's your day. Don't do anything or NOT do anything that you think you'll regret later. CONGRATULATIONS!!! Good luck and God bless your marriage.
