That's a very small Raphus cucullatus (dodo) a 50 pound bird was the average size.
I presume you are kidding? If you truly have a dodo, it could be worth thousands. They have been extinct since the 1700's.
If you were to cook a live dodo, the gastric juices will seep into the meat and spoil it completely. Plus that is very cruel.
If you mean doo doo, then you need help.
