I got taken away from my mom, my brother is only 6 what do I do?

i only get to see her sometimes,she was always there for me,like a best friend,she let me have super sleepovers,she bought me my own t.v.,and when i dumped my boyfriend[the one who was cheating on me]she was there to comfort me,she doesnt deserve it ,my stepfather told the police lies about her,and he punched and kicked her i hate him what should i do?

i got taken away from my mom 2 about 3yrs. ago and was placed in DFACTS coustdy/and a foster home with my sister and my other siblings were sum where so hold on and stay strong and take of ur bro b-cuz rite now he needs you beside him and plus thats the only family u got TAKE CARE GURL=) biiii oooo and u need to b*tch slap ur stepfather 4 beating on yo moms cuz dat iz not cool (hell i wood have killed hiz as5)lol

Well you have to wait it out. It stinks and will be rough, but the courts have to hear the story and decide wheather or not she is an Unfit mother.
You have to be patient and wait for the judge to rule things out. Im sorry it happened to you though, Its sad when kids have to be taken away from their parents and where kids have to deal with alot of crap parents put on them.

You should talk to the police. If he treats your mother like that, and lie about her just to take you away .You should talk to the police and tell that your dad has lying and that he hits your mother. If you don't act know he would continue hitting your mom even harder.
