Drug therapy for obesity is last choice it is only add on to patient who adhere strict life style modification because

All the drugs which are used for obesity control have shown to produce result during initial phase of treatment but after 6months of treatment even with continued usage of drugs they have shown that patient put on weight

In such scenario drug therapy can used only in initial phase that to in patient who sticks on prescribed dietary habits & exercise

Unless standard recommendation in standard books comes for usage above said drugs. No body should use them for weight control because in medical science many unknown factors do interplay
