As I said, I find it really hard not to....even at girls wearing tight tops without cleavage.

I mean if I never met this guy, then I would be intimidated by it cause it would be kinda stalker-ish. But if I knew him, It wouldn't bother me AS much (especially if he was cute) :)

Well if I'm talking to them and they're looking at it obviously then yes I would get annoyed.
