If your cat won't eat and has a fever he needs to be seen by a Vet ASAP, there could be any number of things wrong with him...none of which you can treat yourself.

He's just giving you "static"....he's an "electric Pokémon". (that's why the heat)......unless he gets around a magnetic field, which will keep him from releasing electricity...giving him flu-like symptoms.
When he's not sick he eats special pellets, (brock can help) fruit, (mainly apples) and he loves ketchup. He'll eat what you eat sometimes...just less.
To cure him you need to let him attack. (release extra energy)

its the common FLU cats cats,dogs,humans,ect. can get it leave down the food and water if he dicides to eat and put down somthing soft to lay on they love soft stuff and put the blankets in a warm spot and if it gets worse take him to a vet say its an emergency rush if its really bad they will probabally give you a medication to give him probabally liquid in a glass bottle with a dropper and do as the doctor says.Its happened to my cats to.

What kind of animal is pikachu? If he is not eating and ill, he needs to see a vet ASAP!
