my ex & i dated for 4 months last yr and broke up in january. he currently has a gf and im single still. well i was talking to him last night bcuz we r still really close friends and always have been and i told him i might start dating again and that i liked this guy and he goes so uve moved on? and i go no...not really..its gonna be an attempt to move on and i asked him the same and he goes well if i wouldve moved on would i be so upset that u like another guy? we broke up in the beginning of november and neither of us have moved on even the slightest bit. and he told me last night that he loved me still does and always will. could it be destiny?

It sounds like this thing happened for a resin. Maybe somethings trying to tell you that we need some time away or to our selves( i dont know how u broke up).And the time has been a curb around your relationship to see if u are the one.Or to put it simply love has brought u back.Even if not as partner as an awesome friend.Dont give up on it u always would want to give love a chance.If it dosent than hey, sounds like u will be awesome freinds.Good luck! u probably wont need it because fate has brought u up on this so its probably set/ or the a path to choose.Make a desision that u that feels more than right for you.After all, these things have tendencies on working things out.Have faith and keep an open mind.

Not sure, but here's a good question for you. Why does he currently have a girlfriend? Sounds like either he wants his cake and eat it too or he's not happy in his current relationship and needs to break things off to be free to give you and him a second chance. I would start by asking him why he's so upset and go from there. At the very least you're still friends with him and you can never have too many friends.

Do not get back with him if he still has a girlfriend. It sounds like he's saying whatever he needs to so you don't move on. some guys get a thrill out of stringing a girl along, don't fall for it. Date the other guy and if you're both single again then try it out again.
