I think i would just get to the point,
tell him that you are 100% committed to him but you don't feel he is the same way towards you. then ask are you cheating on me? then you will have to figure out from their if its the truth or not and what you want to do about it.

I would ask him where you guys stand in your relationship. Have you ever discussed if you were both going to be committed? If he's making you feel like one day you are his sister, and the next you are nothing more than a booty call, then something isn't right here. If youre going to commit yourself to someone, make sure it's someone that is worth your time. Someone that genuinely cares about you and makes you feel special!! I would ask him something along the lines of, if you two are going to be in an exclusive relationship....if he hesitates or doesn't want to, then he is not worth your time. you deserve so much better than that.
