I would say Jane Brown-Black or Mrs. Brown-Black. Traditionally, your maiden name goes first because when you apply for taxes, joint bank accounts, and the like, it is less confusing and can clear up any problems that might be presented to someone looking at the paperwork. It is also more traditional since so many women want to take their husband's last name (or men want their wives to take their last name.) Also, kudos on not using your real name online, even though so many people on here seem to think that they are your real names.

You can either go by Mrs. Brown-Black or make your maiden name your new middle name, Like Jane Brown Black.

Personally I just took my husband's last name, but my maiden name was horribly difficult to spell and pronounce so maybe I would have felt differently if it was more common...as it were I was glad to be rid of it.

Brown-Black. Sounds really strange, though. Why not just be Mrs. Black? No offense, but I prefer the tradition of the wife taking on her husband's name.

If keeping your name is important to you I would change my middle name to Brown and take his last name. For instance your full name would be:

Susan Brown Black but people would call you Susan Black.

Personally, I took only my husbands last name.

I've never seen names with the "/".
You can either use Mrs. Brown-Black or just Mrs. Brown Black.

The answer is Brown-Black. But, before you choose which name you want to use, think whether you want children and what you would want their name to be. Hope you get what I'm saying.

You put your maiden name first so your name would be Mrs. Brown-Black.
