Jeremiah 10
10But the LORD is the true God, he is the living God, and an everlasting king: at his wrath the earth shall tremble, and the nations shall not be able to abide his indignation. 11Thus shall ye say unto them, The gods that have not made the heavens and the earth, even they shall perish from the earth, and from under these heavens.

The God of the Bible is the God that cannot lie."Tit 1:2 In hope of eternal life, which God, that cannot lie, promised before the world began;”
He has many characteristics one of this is "James 1:17 says, “Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and cometh down from the Father of lights, with whom is no variableness, neither shadow of turning.” The Father in heaven does not have variableness. He is yesterday, today, tomorrow and forever, He doesn't have the ability to change
He is also a jealous God "Exo 34:14 For thou shalt worship no other god: for the LORD, whose name is Jealous, is a jealous God' this is why He commanded His children that do not bow down their head to other gods “Exodus 20:3 Thou shalt have no other gods before me.
Exodus 20:4 Thou shalt not make unto thee a graven image, nor any likeness of any thing that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth.
Exodus 20:5 Thou shalt not bow down thyself unto them, nor serve them, for I YHWH thy God am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children, upon the third and upon the fourth generation of them that hate me,
