At school i rebel a bit. i am allways getting told offsome times i don't do any thing wrong and when i do i get told off i get really angry and get gobby and rude, I don't mean to i jsut can't controll it. Please help me as i dod not mean to do it. Any suggestions are welcome. Thankyou.

Self control is where you need to focus. Try studying the bible or search the internet for bible quotes on this subject. Being humble is being Godly. You are in control! Gensis 1:26. Think about who you want to be. An angry person usually does not like themselves. When you start to have an outburst, think of how you look in the eyes of others as well as in the eyes of God. Actually, yes you can control it. Its a matter of deciding to do so.

I was a lot like you when I was young and my dad told me the same thing and I didn't believe him. He was right and I was wrong. Your anger, joy, upset are all your choice. When you allow somebody to make you angry you are allowing them to control you. You say you don't like to be told things but you stand there and let them make you angry. Take charge of yourself and decide for yourself when you are going to be angry. Use your temper as a tool for yourself, not for others to control you.

when you feel anger coming on ,then stop and count to 10 slowly, take a deep breath and remove yourself from the situation that is causing the anger.

relax if you feel enrage... how? take a deep breath... then slowly eye them and say thank you... give a sincere smile and walk off... if you're in a situation where you just can't go away let's say your in a class... take a deep breath, smile, then take a deep breath and say to your self; " I am happy and no one can ruin my happiness" Now if they say your insane then tell them that if your insane for talking to your self to control your temper then they are far more insane than you then immediately take a deep breath and smile....

Call your Dr. He can get you on the right track. They have a lot of meds that work well.
