I didn't show with either of my kids until I was about 6 1/2 months...everyone's bodies respond differently to pregnancy.
It could be twins, or you could have slightly weak stomach muscles, or you could have a condition like pregnancy diabetes or toxemia...I would check with your OB-GYN to make sure nothing is wrong, but I'm guessing you are just different...ask your mom and other ladies in your family if they had similar experiences! Good luck and congratulations!

Every woman and every pregnancy are different. When I was pregnant with my first child, my hips and butt grew almost immediately, to the point where my normal clothes did not fit anymore. Second time around I could wear normal clothes a little while longer.
Are you sure of your dates?
As a few posters have already suggested, maybe twins.
Your care provider may have other suggestions.

Could be twins. But to be sure, ask your GP for Scan. I had a friend like you and she ended up having Twins. Everyone is different though, so Scan is the way to go.

if this is not your first baby that could be why, I started showing very early on with my 2nd and 3rd, another reason may be if you are already very skinny, or maybe you are further along than you think a sonogram should be able to detect how far along you are better than just going by your last period, going by my last period with my 3rd, I was 12wks. (first visit) but by the sonogram I was actually 16wks.

Every pregnancy is different. You could be carrying a boy...they make you "fatter". Are you eating a lot? Gaining more weight than you should be? Talk to doc, but I think you are normal, and it is fine.

You need too speak w/ your doc. to see if your retaining water, if so he/she may put you on water pill or tell you not to use salt. Good luck.
