Hi does anybody know of software to add base to some tinny sounding old 70s tracks on my computer ?I love the tracks but they would sound much better with extra bass added is it possible to do this and save it to a new mp3 file ? Thanks

yes it is possible if you have a DFX software that can re-process your mp3 files. try to open DFX option and turn (or tick) the "apply processing during recording". just make sure to save and separate your original music file before doing this as well as you can check or listen to the original and the processed one.

yes, definitely you can add base, tone or even amplify your music file if you have the right software. I am using WinAmp and DFX and all the music sounds great.
