When I was in the same situation, I added 2 Tablespoons of water to substitute for the egg. Also, check out this Recipe Substitution website:

Add a tablespoon of mayo. Howevver lacking 1 egg won't be a problem, just may not rise as much.

not really but you might want to add a little extra oil or water for the liquid you will be missing.
