Any restaurant in any small town in the midwest. But they're even trying to do away with that now. My restaurant used to have a smoking section in a strange sort of way. If people didn't want to be around smoke, they were just seated as far away from the "offending" table. But 95% of people were OK with being seated next to smokers.

If it were up to me, none at all.
(yes, i`m a non-smoker)

But, the websites of restaurants should be making mention of things like this.
As an alternative - call them.

Hopefully none, when states get smart and ban it.
