There are several options besides the ones you have mentioned:
Cessna made the 210 (Centurion) series, including the T210 (turbocharged) and P210 (pressurized). Later models of the 185 Skywagon also had six seats. Cessna also still builds the 206 which you already mentioned.
Beechcraft made the Bonanza series, including the V-tailed series (S35 and V35 series) and the straight tailed series (A36 and B36 series). Contrary to the previous answer, a turbocharged Bonanza will outrun a Cessna 210 Centurion, and other six seat singles will outrun the Bonanza.
Piper built the Cherokee 6, which later became the Lance, and then later became the Saratoga.
In addition, there are also "cabin class" singles that fit 6 people. These are more like smaller versions of a corporate class aircraft where the cabin is wide enough to support an aisle between the seats. Many of these are equipped with turboprop, rather than piston engines. These include the Piper Malibu and the TBM-700.

I normally fly King Air or Cessna Citations but have seen a couple matching your description. Pilatus, Piper Malibu and I believe Beechcraft all have 6 seater versions, Beechcraft must be really cramped. Others I have heard of are Dornier and Socata with capabilities of 6 seats but have not seen either.

There is the Cessna Centurion, which is the fastest single engine six-seater out there, also, there is the Beech B36TC, this is another fast airplanes with six seats... The Piper Saratoga is the most comfortable six seater out there with a wider cabin than any airplane in its class, and the Beech Bonanza, another good airplane with a decent sized cabin and nice big doors...
Hope that helps
