What significance does drinking water have on the body? I am constantly told I do not drink enough water (I don't drink it at all, only on occasion), and I have many medical conditions that just don't seem to clear up. Is it the water I am "not" drinking???

Optimum health is not achieved simply by drinking water. You should be consuming around 72 ounces (of purified, not tap) water per day, typically. If you really are serious about optimum health, you have to look at your diet and exercise routine as well. You also might want to look into a supplement program. The right ones can work wonders. You didn't mention what medical conditions, so I can only offer general suggestions. §
