To the world, "not yet proven."

For me, personally, it is "already has been proven," but not in a way that the world would find acceptable.

Something like the existence of a god can never be proven, and can only exist in each person's faith, what they personally believe.

"Already Has" been proven in the sublime knowledge given in the timeless revealed holy scriptures passed down from time immemorial through the chain of disciplic succession.
