Not all of his friends likes you or wants the best for him, so its good to listen to someone who cares the most than just a friend. Friends are just friends when you are rejoicing but when you are in trouble they are gone.You should be glad your boy takes you as his first priority.

why are you complaining? it seems like your boyfriend likes you a lot, that's very good, isn't it? he wants to give you attention and thinks your opinion is better than his friends' therefore he listen to you. he cares about you a lot.

obviously tis is a good sign...he knows tat ur more important than his frens and he wants to focus on you,not his frens.this is really a great thing that can happen to a boy,because a guy normally will ignore his gf and chat with his frens more.he is totally into you!good luck!
