I need some exercises that I can do at home with no equipment that slim my calves (its important that the exercise doesn't build muscle, I have enough of that). This would really help, thanks!!!

hey um...u should try stretching, especially the calves before and after your exercise, it really helps on reducing the size of your calves. Also, there are things like calve sleeves out there in sports equipment stores in which you can wear during your exercise or when you go about your daily life. I would recommend you to try running/jogging for more than 30 mins non-stop. Slow jogs not sprints, so it can eat out the extra fat on your calves. Sprinting only adds up the muscles, making them look bigger. AND AGAIN remember to STRETCH.

Have you tried yoga? It has a lot of firming techniques and it increases flexibility. I would try some of the standing balancing poses. The tree position would work wonders for you if you did it for a few minutes a day.

put your legs at 90 degrees to your body and lift the upper one like a sea shell
then do the other leg
