i oculd use some help. so i am 12 an di want to get highlights on my sidebang, and i used this lorel color pulse thing that comes out in 8-10 washes. but, it did not work on my hair. does anybody know and good SEMI permant blonde color. i would go to like a salon, but i would have to pay for it. i want to dye it before school starts so please help me. thank you

ok well what color is ur hair bc the color pulse thing for the blonde color only works if you have light or dark blonde hair
get some blond highlights out of a box at CVS or another drug store

you are only .can't you wait five more years and then get your hair dyed and fasionable . because its realy useless to colour your hair and again remove it after some days .
so it would be better if you colour your hair some years later.
