I would say pushy flirty women.
What turns them on (depending on wether the guy is intelligent or not) is conversation and a happy face, some gal that likes to enjoy herself.
But if you can't spell "what" (wat) forget it. It puts a lot of women off on the chat sites and emails when they find that a guy can't spell..

Guys like action and words wear them out.
Guys also like foreplay just as much as women. Give plenty of it.
