Frankly, I am not on the run, and therefore will not turn myself in for anything for I done nothing wrong. Posting such a question on yahoo for "aid" is incredibly stupid and a sure way to get caught because my email could be traced straight back to my current living address.
This is a theoretical and roleplaying question used to address how a possible person may hide.
The old saying in order to catch a criminal, you have to think like a criminal sorta thing.

First thing you're going to have to do is realize that you must leave everything - EVERYTHING - you've ever known behind. Friends, family, cars, clothing, pictures, souvenirs, lovers, acquaintances - EVERYTHING. Absolutely NOTHING can be carried over from your "old" life to your "new" one.
What you have to do next is to "drop off the radar." That means you have to vanish from being tracked. That means a new identity - new birth certificate, new social security account, new driver's license. This may not be as easy to do in the post-9/11 world we now live in, but if you find a small town out in the midwest somewhere that you can get a copy of a birth certificate from, you're in business. Once you have a birth certificate, the rest is cake.
But if not, you're going to have to make the appropriate contacts in some of the more unsavory sections of the city to purchase what you need illegally. Be prepared to pay cash, and lots of it - thieves don't do checks or plastic. Besides, cash isn't traceable, and until you get your new identity established, cash is all you want to use anyway.
Once your identity is established, go get yourself a modest, unnoticeable job that will not draw attention to yourself. You can never be rich - that will draw attention. You can never work for any type of organization that will involve getting photographed or featured on the news - your picture will invariably be seen by someone who knows who you really are. You can never run for any type of public office or join any organization for the same reasons. You're basically going to have to life your life for just you and you alone.
That also means no girlfriend. Girlfriends lead to marriage, marriage leads to kids, and kids lead to you revealing the truth to your family because you no longer want them to live a lie. And the truth leads to you getting arrested for the crime you said you didn't commit.
Not much of a life, huh?

So why are you running if you didn't commit the crime? Turn yourself in if you are truly innocent you have nothing to worry about. Otherwise you'll have to live your life with lies and constantly looking over your shoulders who needs that. Always be honest and on straight narrow to avoid situations like your question.
We'll I'm not a criminal and believe in doing right thing!

I hate to bring bad news but...now days the way things are with law enforcement u may run and hide for awhile but u will eventually be caught....i can only suggest that u turn yourself in and if u are innocent as u say give yourself the chance to prove it...the longer u run and hide..the more your making yourself look guilty
