Simply because they were describing it with different "words"?
Isn't this what man has done to religion with his false prides? We are All talking about the same things. But describing them differently, and arguing about it!

No. We are not talking about the same thing. Every religion in the long run is a statement of what someone believes to be about facts. And since no two religions consist of the same statements, then either one or neither one is true. Religions contradict each other. Now either ONE religion is true or NO religion is true. Example: Either Jesus rose from the dead, or He did'nt. Example: Either Jesus was God in Human Flesh, like He claimed, or He was'nt. Since no other religion claims this, no other religion is talking about the same thing. When Christianity speaks of God, it is NOT talking about the Allah of Islam. They are two totally DIFFERENT concepts....theBerean

Yes. But religion was just made up and then put out there like it was some universal truth. Since it is the product of imagination everyone has a little different take on it. Since it is supposed to be a truth that causes conflict. The only way to get rid of the conflict is to remove it entirely.

Excatly right. Even though all saints and priests say that GOD is one, no body actually beleive in this. If they had they would have stop praising their GOD. Because we all know that GOD has no form, no shape, no face, etc etc.
Every relegion is trying to prove that they are the only one. When we all know that a relegion is nothing but just a style of life which is accepted by people who are geographically seperated.
We should try to search GOD within us and not in any idols, or photos.

Yes. I have seen many people...
I and my wife (Cow) both talk and argue on same thing.
For example Tea.
She: Tea is necessary
I: Tea is NOTnecessary.
More than 100 times 2 people talk and argue on tea.
