How can any person be saved from sin and death?
Answer: For God so loved the world he gave his only begotten son that whosoever believes in him shall not perish but have everlasting life.
Along with genuine belief we need to place our faith and hope in Jesus Christ and by this we will "get away from our sin."

You may do well by talking to a spiritual leader of the path you follow (for example, your pastor if you are a Christian). But then, whether your path defines sin explicitly or not, you will find that the two laws stated below help you a great deal:
a) Do all you have agreed to do, and
b) Do not encroach on other persons or their property.
Richard Maybury, a renowned scholar, came up with these two laws after years of research in spiritual and cultural subjects, among others.

Acts 2:38. We get rid of our sins by asking for forgiveness, baptism by immersion in the name of Jesus Christ, and we will receive the Holy Ghost with the evidence of speaking in an unknown lahguage. Acts 2:4, 10:45-46, 19:6, Mark 16:16-17. This is for all of us. It is the only way. Experience it and you will know, without a shadow of doubt that you have been redeemed!!

Accept the fact that Jesus Christ loves you so much that he layed down his life as the ransom for our sins. He paid the price to wash away the stain of our sins, that we could not afford to pay. Rejoice that you can have eternal life without sin with Jesus.

Yes Blood of Jesus can wash you clean. However to stay away from it ?

For human being it is not possible, as the man is made in such a way.
But it is possible to minimise it and not to be proud of our sins just regret and always repent, seek forgiveness of almighty god and try not to repeat the same.

Try not commiting any sins knowing they are sins, repent aswell, but dont do things which you know are sins, simple, and also follow God and do good deeds.

simple do not become a christian then you will not have any sins
