I was told that you ca't work out all your muscle every time you go to the gym. I was told that you have to do certain parts each time, work them hard and then let them rest to see results.
Would doing your upper body one time and then your lower body be wrong? Should I do arms and shoulders, then back and chest, and then legs and bum? Could I work my abs everytime I go to the gym or do I need to pick a day to focus on them as well? What about bum? Can that also be something I do everytime I go to the gym?
And when I am on the eliptical will that help me tone my legs and bum? I looked at the hear rate scale, and I'm usually in the cardio zone because I'm out of shape. Will I still burn fat if my heart rate is higher than the fat burning zone?
