Well, you will most probably land in Manila International Airport. Once you get off the plane, it is fairly sI'mple to check out because of the huge signs everywhere and the people walking towards it.
If you are child/young teen, you will have a flight attendant associated with you throughout the whole time as soon as you step on the plane; until you check out.
Checking in, someone will help you too.

If you are not a child/young teen, then you will not have a attendant assigned to you.

But im pretty sure you'll be fine and everything will go well.

HAVE A SAFE FLIGHT AND ENJOY.

ps - go to the Mall of Asia. biggest mall in Asia.
and it will take 3days to FULLY roam around the whole mall.

Call your airline and aske then at which counter number they are located. Get there at least 2 hour prior to travel. The international terminal at SFO is nice and easy to navigate. The shops and food stalls are expensive and the luggage carts cost $3 to rent. They accept quarters or credt/debit cards.

The ticket agents can direct you where to proceed through security and on to your gate. Then RELAX! You should bring a book or two to read or have your laptop and keep yourself occupied. If you are taking the one non-stop flight it is 16 hours.

Try to sleep on the plane and be sure that you get up and move every couple of hours. It is ok to walk around the plane to keep the circulation going. Drink plenty of water since the cabin environment is very dry and can dehydrate you.

Did I mention to RELAX! Order a special meal, it will break up the monotony of beef or chicken. Once you arrive, just follow the others who seem to know where they are going....they probably do. Once clear of immigration, collect your bags and hopefully there will be someone to meet you.

Good luck and enjoy the trip.
