This girl works w/ me, i really like her. she seems to like me too(from the way she looks at me and smiles and stuff)

I try to ask her out today. I cut the conversation to

i get off at 9(go home), at 11:50 i go bk to work n she's not there
(we dnt' have fixed time to get off, just when we finish work)wt2do

WELL she didn't talk to me after i asked her "what we doing" is becuase we're not really allow to talk while we're working.

or she didn't want to? is that why she ddn't talk to me? or afraid someone's gonna see us?

Hmmm... do you have her e-mail / phone no., or any chance of getting it.

She might be scared that someone sees you two talking in the office, of which you said is not allowed. This might affect her work.

Don't give up! Drop a note on her desk, asking her out for one more time. Remember to write all your contact details while you are not in office, tell her when and where to meet.

Whether she meets with you / not, you got the answer by then :)

I doubt it, she seems to be uninterested although she smiles at you. It could be her way of flirting with you. A girl who's eager to be with you does not act the way she acts towards you. She'll be warmer towards you and not throwing you cold shoulders (as what I can understand from your question). Maybe you need to show seriousness in her but call it quit if she isn't interested.

her behaviour is rather confusing but if she really was interested in you she would definitely agree to going out with you the very first time you asked. shes probably avoiding answering you which woul mean that shes not interesred or that she admires you but cant go out with you cos shes got somebody. I've been there. i behaved the same way
