the short answer is yes. The longer answer is it all depends on what your looking for out of the speakers. To the amplifier all it sees is resistance (impedance) and then it amplifies a signal out to your speaker. If it is a mono amp then it will be a mono (not stereo) output. This means both speakers will output the same signal. The only scenario I see this being used for is either subwoofers (which your not using it for you said), a center channel speaker, or for rear fill. Rear fill is when you basically put sound to some speakers in the rear for imaging. You want your soundstage to be up front like in a concert. If your going to use this amp to power front speakers I would refrain against it.

it depends on the specs of the amp and the speakers.you didnt tell us what the speakers are or the amp but yes it is possible as long as the speakers will hold the power of the amp you will need to either wire them in series or parallel to wire them to a mono block amp and no you dont need 2 mono amps like the first person suggested

Get a 4 channel amp for the audio gadget interior the cabin, and a 2nd for the different audio gadget(front left and good is going to the xplodes, and bridge the rear to the sub). a lot much less confusing than wiring in 3 separate amps. Thats what i might do anyhow.
