The normal height of the child depends on different factors. You should have told the kid is a BOY or GIRL and weight to calculate this. Further hereditary also plays a big role in height.

Normally the height of a 10 old should be from 4'0" to 4'8" or 130cm to 150 cm depending of the above factors. Please see the following website and table to assess yourself.

my son was in mens jeans by 10 but his dad is also 6'7

there is no normal height
