Hubby has got coeliac's disease, therefor cannot tolerate gluten or wheat, i want to make fish and chips but wouldn't know wher to start on the batter, any tips on making a good gluten free batter most apprechiated thanks

100 g rice flour
45 g potato starch flour
15 g tapioca flour
2 large eggs, beaten
250 ml semi-skimmed milk

I am also a coeliac,a good easy recipe is,one cup of juvela g.f. fibre mix,one cup of milk,a pinch of salt,mix together using a hand blender,leave for 15 mins. cook a ladleful at a time,this makes thick pancakes,for thinner batter as for fish use a little more milk,best of luck to you!
