If you are sure that you really love her then of course you should not give up on her. Love takes effort. Maybe she rejected you to see whether you were really true to her or just playing around. Be good friends with her and get to know her well. Maybe after that you can expand the relationship. Treat her as a friend for now but continue loving her.

I won't belittle your feelings, I don't doubt they're strong. Two of my best friends are expecting their first child after two years of marriage (in their mid 20s)... and they started dating not long after 14.
If she wants to be just friends, you'll have to abide by that. There's no real way to 'fight' her not being interested. She may come to change her mind and realize you're an amazing person, or she may grow into a person you don't see yourself being with. At 14 you're (hopefully!) both very different individuals than you will be in 20 years.
Bide your time, be her friend, and see where that goes. The longest lasting relationships are based on friendship... because everyone grows old and beauty is only skin deep.

Hey hot pants--slow down---you are 14 and in no position to be in " LOVE " --the word is not in your vocabulary yet--you just think so---do you really think that she will be the ultimate girl for eternity??? I don't think so---she already made it clear that she is not interested---so back off, buckoo. Put the same effort into school work--you will need it for your future--no one dates a dumb guy. Millions of young people are into the attraction stage at your age---slow down and take it easy----you have a long life ahead of you. And next month you'll see another one that you can't live without----that's the male hormones--not true love. Smile, be nice, do good in school, and good luck

Love will develop between you two if you keep up the contact. Eye contact is very important cause it shows that you're interested in her and give her a friendly 'hi' whenever you too meet. If you really feel that this is the girl you want to be with then go for it.

WHAAAAAT? All you had to say was that you were 14.
There's really nothing to discuss here. She does not want to be with you. You will bounce back. No need to fight. Someday you will REALLY fall in love and laugh on this experience.

Be her friend. That is what she needs and by what you say thats what she wants. If you truly love her like you say you do then you will want her to be happy upon all else. Nothing else will matter. Your happines will come second to hers.
