Would you like to understand the Native concept of role-playing?

Didn't one of your great actors say, "All the World is a stage, and
a man must play many parts."
Didn't the one called Paul say, "I am made All things, to All people, so some might (choose Life)!"
To survive on the street, one must have a "street" mentality. One
cannot take any bull off of anybody. Or they will have to take it off of everybody!
But to hold a job and have a steady income. We have to have
a "work" mentality. We cannot "blow-off" anytime somebody has
a "bad hair day", and says something stupid to us.
Many get "caught-up" in the roles they play. And cannot tell the
difference between those who want to harm them, and those who Love them!

I quite agree. Isn't that what we all do, even if we don't know it?

In fact it could even be argued that we are all part of the same thing. You could call it God, creation, Tao or whatever. And our apparent individuality is merely an illusion. A part we play in some cosmic game.

The trick is to see the game and yet to play on. That's what life is all about. Maybe.

Firstly, are you a First Nations person?

Secondly, please don't lump all First Nations into the same boat. The 'Native' concept! State where and who you get your teachings from. There are a cazilion universal teachings throughout the world and there are modern urban First Nations teachings that seem to be spreading, however, they seem to vary from place to place.

I could tell you a lot about leaders, wow could I ever. I strongly advise that you don't announce yourself like we are all supposed to fall into line behind you! You may be struggling to understand a lot of things and you may feel you have the answers, but you need to open your mind and if you haven't all ready, go and find yourself a true and grounded teacher if they will have you.

Did you name yourself?Who gave you that name? Just because you carry the name doesn't make you a white buffalo. Maybe its just the name you put on this Yahoo! service. I don't see the humility that goes with that name of yours sweet heart. May be that is your lesson. There is a great spiritual struggle going on. Yes, of course you are a part of that, so am I , so are many, many people with great hearts and probably wiser than you or I put together.

You obviously want to do good in the world. I hope you continue on your spiritual journey wholeheartedly. A note regarding something you wrote for another question and answer, dreams and visions can have a wide span of interpretations. You may not have the full picture.

I see you hurting, because you do not feel acknowledged or accepted for who you see yourself to be, or who you would like to be to others. Have you accepted yourself?Calm down!You need to work on yourself a lot more. Find peace within yourself. Love yourself.

Understanding will come over time, a long time. Don't make any assumptions and get on with living your life!
