EVEN THOUGH GEORGE WASHINGTON IS OFFICIALLY KNOWN AS THE FIRST PRESIDENT, JOHN HANSON(1721-1783) WAS THE FIRST PRESIDENT OF U.S. IN 1781,MARYLAND SIGNED THE ARTICLES OF CONFEDERATION ,AND THE ORIGINAL 13 COLONIES WERE OFFICIALLY UNITED.
HANSON WAS ELECTED PRESIDENT BY THE ASSEMBLED CONGRESS-WHICH INCLUDED GEORGE WASINGTON(1732-1799). IN FACT,SIX MORE PRESIDENTS WERE ELECTED BEFORE WASHINGTON BECAME THE FIRST PRESIDENT TO SERVE UNDER THE CONSTITUTION ,WHICH BECAMEW LAW IN 1788.

George Washington; first president of Philippines - Emilio Aguinaldo instead of the brave Andres Bonifacio. Aguinaldo cheated Bonifacio and members of the Tejeros Convention of 1897 unanimousy voted Aguinaldo as president for a poor reason of education . so Aguinaldo ordered the assassination of Bonifacio and his brother in Mt. Tala in Laguna.
