Do you mean "protrude" or "over bite" as in a growth problem with jaw structure that affects the appearance of the upper teeth, or "stand out" as in an appealing appearance such as extra white teeth? Your question really doesn't make any sense the way it's written, so please rephrase your question so we may all understand what you are asking. Are you talking about grillz?

Stick out more, like buck teeth? People don't do that. Orthodontia -- braces -- for straightening buck teeth. Veneers and whitening to make them whiter. There are other kinds of cosmetic dentistry, like filing a tooth that's a little bit longer than the ones around it to make it look better. But people don't try to make their teeth stick out more.
