Most people will get little tangible benefit from vitamin tablets, no matter what they do with them.

If you have a balanced diet with plenty of fruit and vegetables you will already have normal vitamin levels. If you take more than this water soluble vitamins are just peed out, and fat soluble vitamins will accumulate, some being toxic like A and D.

I assume you are male. If so unless you eat little meat you will not need iron supplements. Men cannot excrete iron, it is only lost in bowel cells as these are shed from day to day ( Unlike women who also loose iron as they have their periods.) Thus there is again risk of accumulation. In large enough quantities iron will deposit in the liver, where it is potentially toxic.

Do u really need it? Ask a doc about its necessity.

Eat only hungry and that too not more than three times a day. Eat nourishing and not junk food. Chew each morsel of food at least 32 times. U will notice how beautifully ur brain controls and lets u know that enough is enough. Drink only water in between.

Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly.

The practice of food intake and light exercise regime will enable u to achieve ur ideal weight in a reasonable time effortlessly.

Yes, no problem.

I would check with a doctor as we tend to intake more vitamins than needed. This is of no good, we eliminate them by peeing, plus we strain of kidneys, liver, etc. to process the excess of vitamins we do not need.

A balance healthy diet is all that most people need.
