when taking Metronidazole (an antibiotic) or Disulfiram (a medication used to help alcoholics quit drinking)

Alcohol is very bad for the liver. Sometimes taking meds that are eliminated through the liver can also cause big issues if taking alcohol. And most drugs are.

Bi-Polar disorder. Heart conditions. Liver diseases. Alcoholism. Allergic to sulfates-can be fatal. Diabetics. Anyone on anti-depressants (neutralizes drug effects). Thyroid suffers. There --off the top of my head-are a few.

u shldnt drink whn u have kidney,heart and liver diseases and also gastrointestinal diseases.u shldnt drink whn u hv diabetes also.its better not to drink alcohol whn u have any medical problem cos ur body wouldnt b able to process the alcohol and it will b in ur system causing further damage 2 ur body.
examples of diseases: hypertension,heart attack, myocardial infarction,cirrosis,ulcer,gastritis, kidney failure,etc

Serosis of the liver and the various hepatites(spelling) complexes, as they effect the liver. People with kidney problems, like elderly people on dialasis.

Any problems with stomach or esophagus, diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease. Any bleeding disorders or ulcers.

Alcohol can also cause deadly complications when mixed with certain prescription medications.

Hypoglausimia (sp) and diabetes for sure. Hepatitus or any other liver problems should not drink at all.
